Free Range Chicken Breast sauteed in our Caribbean sauce with Capers.

We complement the San Juan Pollo entree will our Signature Arroz con Gandules,

(yellow rice with pigeon peas) and Tostones infused with Truffle Oil.

Guavate’s Pernil Asado

Free Range Roasted Pork marinated & slowly cooked. Many things could

be paired with this Savory Pulled Pork, but we feel our Signature Arroz con

Gandules and Sweet Plantains sauteed in Amish Roll Butter stands up to

the challenge and complements the pork quite well.

Isla Verde Tilapia

Tilapia in the Caribbean, Creole white Wine reduction with Capers.

Served with White rice, Black beans, Emerald green sliced

Avocado and Tostones infused with Truffle Oil

Vieque’s Vegetariano

We use Extra Firm Tofu with our special rub and gently Saute the Tofu

in butter to bring forth the wonderful Soya Nuttiness. To crown this

epicurean feast we saute, Peppers, Onions, Zucchini and Spinach in

our Caribbean sauce and conclude the entree with White Rice,

Black beans and Tostones infused with Truffle Oil.
